The Mad God

Why Mods why?

In Short, I've been installing New Vegas mods and now most of the creatures are giant red triangles and males are purple. I'm going to install Breeze's males and verify the game cache to hopefully fix these issues. But if there is any other way, please tell me!

Um with the purple that is a missing texture....did you forget to archive invalidate with FOMM (you need to toggle it off and then back on)?

The red is a missing mesh and you need to reinstall whatever mod that the creature came from. If it is an vanilla creature then....yea you need to verify your files.

I've tried two versions of archive invalidation with no success. Installing breeze's males didn't change anything and verifying the game files didn't do anything as well. I have all the mods I installed saved so I might just have to do a completely fresh install *sigh*

Yea, a reinstall may be quicker and easier than hunting down what the problem is. When you do reinstall either closely examine what you are putting back or make OMOD's out of everything so you can catch whatever is doing the damage.
