Lost my boobs!

First of all, I should mention that my game runs fine overall.  I have no problems with quests, animations, dialog, etc. unless I rearrange my asset load order too drastically (but that's easily undo-able).

The problem is that my character has had big, healthy, bouncing CBBE boobs and butt since forever, but at some point yesterday, running LOOT changed something and now she's back to what looks like a B-cup and no bounce.

You'd think this was a skeleton issue, or at least I did.  So I went back through my asset order (left pane in MO) and reinstalled

Realistic Ragdolls

FNIS

XPMSE (Groovetama's)

HDT physics

In that order (using http://www.markgomes.in/2015/01/how-to-install-skyrim-body-mods_2.html  as a guide).

Still no joy, my PC is flat as a 12 year old girl.  And, of course, as I fussed with load order somehow all the dogs in Skyrim lost their cocks, which again I can probably fix when I work on it but not until I get her boobs back.

I thought perhaps it was the arm and leg restraints she was wearing (sometimes armor temporarily alters your body), but I've never experienced that problem in the past and picking the locks and removing the restraints made no difference.

Racemenu sliders are there for breasts, but they don't alter anything.

Here's a screenshot of my MO setup.  I've been focused on the left pane trying to recover my boobs, even restructuring according to old load orders I've saved.  I won't revert to older MO profiles because that's what got me into this fix in the first place -- mods out of order and everything deselected, which requires just as much work to recover as if I just fixed what I have.

I'd appreciate any input on this problem.  It's frustrating to feel like I can't even trust one of my main mod tools (LOOT) to keep things squared away.

Don't know if it will help, but I had a similar problem when I was altering from one body to another, and to fix things I did the following:

Uninstalled everything (even the things I was sure it was not the problem), and reinstalled it in the right order like:

CBBE => BodySlide => HDT => Clothes and cosmetics.

After all it worked, but I use nexus mod manager, so I cannot imput on your LOOT order...

Well, the reason you lost your HDT bounce is because your skeleton is all the way up near the unofficial patches in your mod list (the Left pane, not the plugin load order on the right). MO requires you to pay attention to your mod list as well as your plugin load order. The further down the list a mod is, the more priority it has. Groovtama says in his installation instructions that it should be at the very bottom of the list, dead last to load. It's getting overwritten by another skeleton somewhere in your mod list.

Also, your CBBE body has conflicts as well, which is probably why you lost your nice body shape. See the little lightning bolt under the Flags tab? That indicates a conflict with another mod. If there's a + next to it, that means the mod is overwriting some other mod in part. If there's a red - that means it's being overwritten. CBBE shows both in your list. Right click CBBE in your left pane and click Information. After that click the Conflicts tab in the window that comes up. That'll tell you what mod is overwriting your body. Simply move CBBE underneath the mod that's overwriting it in the left pane and your body shape should come back.

I reversed the asset list display, so what you see at the very top is actually the highest priority.  It made more sense to me than the vanilla display which had the highest priority at the bottom.  It's cosmetic, not an actual change in order.

Not sure what could be overwriting the skeleton (especially now that I got my shape back), but is it possible that could be the "SG Textures Renewal CBBE"?  That texture is further down the priority list, loading after the skeleton and the CBBE body.

No, SG Textures is just a textures pack, it doesn't have a skeleton. Just move the XPSME all the way to the bottom (in your case top) of your mod list. If the red - still shows next to the lightning bolt right click the skeleton mod and hit Information >> Conflicts to see what MO says is blocking it. Moving the skeleton to the last mod loaded usually fixes your problems, however.

Also, your Unofficial patches should be at the very top (in your case bottom) of the priority list. There's all kinds of things in those that'll overwrite normal mods. Usually the mod list is something like, Skyrim >> Update >> DLC >> Unofficial Patches >> everything else.

First, a thank you for taking the time to help me out.  I was mistaken earlier when I thought I'd fixed my shape problem.  It may have just been the custom cuirass I was wearing.  Nude, I'm back to square one with teeny boobs that Racemenu doesn't affect, even though the sliders for breasts are there.

The XPMSE skeleton is overwriting "Realistic Force" and the "TBBP" animation files. I don't consider the latter to be a big deal as it's just a "sexy female animation replacer" and probably should be overwitten to some extent.  I moved Realistic force so that now  there are no more listed conflicts with XPMSE.  It doesn't fix my breast shape, however :(

The unofficial patches are another issue.  I've had them in the order where you see them since I began playing without any obvious issues.  When I try to move them to the bottom (normally top), MO and LOOT both pitch a fit.  So I put them back at the top, interspersed with their respective parent DLCs.

XPMSE SHOULD overwrite most things, that's the point of moving it to the bottom of your mod list. It needs to have priority over every other mod that has a skeleton or it won't work right. I'm more interested in mods that are overwriting it and CBBE.

When you right click CBBE >> Information >> Conflicts the items listed in the bottom pane are the ones that are overwriting CBBE. You should have a bunch of items from SG Textures there and that's normal, you want those CBBE skin textures to be overwritten. What you're looking for is any mod that is overwriting femalebody_0.nif and femalebody_1.nif. Those are the meshes that have your body's shape information in them. Something has priority over CBBE and is replacing the shape you usually have with the thinner, small breasted one you have in game.

Here's an example from my load order.

G97xOoC.jpg

In my game the meshes are being overwritten by Remodeled Armor for CBBE Bodyslide TBBP HDT. That's fine because in my game the body I created in BodySlide was placed into that directory, so that's the body I want to use. In your game something else is overwriting your CBBE body. You need to find out what mod that is then move your CBBE entry to have a higher priority.

The only thing in that bottom pane is the khajit female nif file from the Unofficial skyrim patch.  So it has to be something else doing this to me.

I decided to let go of my control a little bit, unlocked the More Nasty Critters and SexLabNudeCreatures plugins, then ran LOOT with my fingers crossed.  I did get the creature genitals back, finally.

So now my last remaining issue is my breast size.

Question: could this be related to where Racemenu is in my load order?  LOOT didn't move it much and it's after SexLabNudeCreatures and SexLabFramework in my asset list order.

Just figured if the breast sliders are all there (from RaceMenuPluginXPMSE.esp) it must be loaded properly.  It's just not working.

Thanks, Xpyke!  I somehow got the boobs back now.  All I have to do is figure out why creature genitals decided to disappear :)  It's happened before, and I've always managed to fix it.  I just wish I could remember how I did that :)

Not a problem, the maximum ammount of mods I used was around 60, but NMM never fucked up things, if you have the patience you could give it a try, but as I read on other posts, LOOT tends to be better, but if one is not working, why not try the other?

Now on the bounce, I lost it once too, and as sarathis said, your conflict should be on the skeleton, you should never overwrite XPMSE, it is the foundation, let it be your priority followed next by HDT and you should not have any problem.

Edit*

And don't forget to run FNIS, one time I lost a day trying to fix something that was as easy as running FNIS.

Yep, skeleton is #1 priority in my asset load, right after the DLCs and patches.  When I try to load it before the DLCs, I crash.

I used NMM for a few years after Skyrim came out, but I've found that with all the complex SexLab mods I'm trying to run I just cannot get the same handle on conflict resolution that MO gives me.  I'm clutching MO tightly to my (shrunken) breasts and will never let go :)

Thanks to Sarathis' help, MO now says I have no further conflicts with XPMSE so something else is messing me up.

Yeah, you actually have CBBE overwriting everything, INCLUDING SG Textures, so you're probably getting the default CBBE skin texture on your character. It's safe to move SG Textures so it overwrites CBBE.

I'm unsure why you're getting small breasts unless it's a skeleton issue and they're actually crushed (look like flat pancakes). CBBE's default body shape is pretty busty unless you've got the slim option loaded. Xpyke is right that you should definitely run Generate FNIS for Users if you haven't recently. That and having the incorrect skeleton are the leading causes of messed up body shapes. RaceMenu isn't likely your issue. Mine is placed about mid-way in both my mod list and plugin load order and it works fine.

Yeh, whenever I make major changes to load order or add/remove a mod, I always run FNIS.  Since it's on my MO toolbar, it's just a mouseclick or two.

Going to move the SG Textures above (actually below) CBBE now and see what happens.  Now that you mention it, the SG textures have purposeful little flaws in the skin (small moles, scars, etc) which make it realistic.  I hadn't noticed but those aren't there.

Off to alter that and see if it will work.

Update:  By moving SG Textures above CBBE (so it overwrites CBBE), I got the skin texture back, flaws and all.  So that's working.

But moving the skeleton to the top so it overrides everything else (except for Jcontainers and Papyrus, which I think need to be there based on my past nightmares) doesn't fix my issue.

XPMSE shows zero conflicts/overwrites except for overwriting the expected Realistic Force and TBBP animations.   I even moved Realistic Force over XPMSE to see if that helped, but no :(

If I had to venture a guess, I'd say that the CBBE body (the meshes in the CBBE folder) is not the one you were originally using and now it's causing an issue. For the sake of experimentation, try moving TBBP so that it has priority over CBBE (but not SG Textures), load up your game and see what your body looks like. It's possible you were using the TBBP body meshes all along and weren't aware of it. If that doesn't change anything then it's almost definitely something going on with the skeleton.

Out of curiosity, do your butt and small flat boobs move at all since you moved XPMSE?

Eureka!  Turns out that the TBBP animation set was the problem (go figure! I don't get it).  Bumped it higher on the priority list than CBBE and everything's back to the way I wanted it.

I'm using the same CBBE I've had for a few months now, since I abandoned 7Base.

The TBBP I'm referring to is Dragonfly's TBBP female animations which I like except for the annoying idle - so I replaced the idle with "Lifelike Idle Animation" (higher on the asset order).

I cannot stand to look at the standard female walk/run animations and Dragonfly was the only one that seemed to fit my needs.  Now that my wiggle is back, I'm one happy Skyrimmer! :)

Thank you very much Sarathis!
