Trouble Adding Sexout Perks Manually

I'm having a weird issue where I can't manually add Sexout related perks through the console.  Is this intended, or is something wrong?  I've attached my load order, if that's of any relevance.

Sexout has no perks. I believe SCR and/or Pregnancy add some, and maybe some others, but IIRC most of them aren't fully implemented / don't do anything.

Yes as Pride stated. SCR is the mod that would have most of the perks that are present in most load orders ( didn't download the load order. You can post a load order in a spoiler so that many can see the order easily and help or move on. Use the ! above and a simple copy paste of the load order from your favorite mod manager. )

 

If you are in GECK, FNVedit check the mod that is used. If it is indeed the SCR check with the main thread there. It might be something that has been disabled from the mod due to some conflicts or other issues and might cause you some problems if manually activated.
