DOA5LR: (TUT) Remove clothing / objects from any DOA5 costume model

Could somebody explain me step by step how can I make my own mods? I want to open textures and models, edit them with photoshop and 3dmax and make DLC. But now a can only unpack textures. How to unpack models? What programs/scripts/plugins need? Please, write detailed instruction.

Before start, I should assume that you have the tools to extract TMC / TMCL files, the proper noesis plugins, and you know how to repack DLC.

 

 

I want to try this kind of modding for the first time. Can someone please elaborate on the above? I found this reddit link...

anyone know where both of nyotengu's swimwear and her Chinese dress is? I'm sure I checked all dlc and chara_common but was unable to find them.

Thanks, managed to finish removing the wings on every costume

 

because of limited slots, all recolours, gym and first Christmas were removed, but i added all 23 costume raw files so people may choose the ones they want.

for some reason, hair number 4 on both her swimwear and her nurse costume don't work, but they instead have a different hair style with number 6, which doesn't work on her other costumes.

Yes, with all the information you have there, you have everything you need to extract the models, edit and then repackage them. I don't know if all of those tools are updated. But just in case, here is a DLC tool update, and here an update of archivarius.dat file

i also wanted to know how to edit tmc file using 3dsmax. i also tried using maxsciprt for doa5 research.ms for tmc modelin but ended up in a transparent box.
