Keys for animations (UV II attack key & Grabbing key) get messed up

I have issue with the grab key and unnecessary violence attack key. Sometimes my grab and uv attack key get themselves assigned dodge move or some kind of move from unnecessary violence even though i didn't learn them and even though the uv attack is attack not dodging the combat moves.
