A graduation gift to myself.

I was hoping this fine community could give me some pointers. I am hopefully going to be graduating in about 2 months time, and as a present for myself I was planning on getting a brand new gaming laptop ( as my current lap to is 5 years old and struggles to keep Oblivion at 30 fps on standard textures.)

Anyway does anyone on here have any advice on either what sort of gaming laptops to go for/avoid? Ideally I would want one that can handle a mod/graphically intensive skyrim at 60fps (something my current one cant even run smoothly on the base game) without to many changes from its factory settings as while I am fine modifying software, I dont really trust myself with hardware.

Oh and one thing it has to be available in the UK as I know a few companies are US exclusive.

I will be grateful for any suggestions .

Don't get a laptop. When it's all about gaming get a real desktop pc. That's way cheaper or you get more for your money and you can alter it later on.

Thing is I will probably be moving overseas within the next year or so, So I need something more portable, else wise I would just plump for a desktop one.

It'll all depend on how much you're willing to spend for one, once we know that, maybe we can help.

Lets say up to roughly £1350 I have that set aside for it.
