Text is getting crammed at 5:4..?

So, I've a poverty 1280x1024 monitor, and Skyrim is getting really weird... Sky UI and PerMa are the only interface changers I have, and I an running Vividian ENB with Purity... The resolution is set correctly in the SkyPrefs INI but this still happens. Why? How could I fix it?

 

Also (unrelated and I dont want to make two posts), in Markarth my understone keep appears in a different language, whilst everything else is english...

i dont want to say the obvious but ... one mod probably changed some text and is making your game bug

when you noticed this bug? check all the mods you instaled this week and you may find the source of the problem

I don't see anything wrong with that screenshot. I have the same monitor and I play at 1280x960 with a FOV of 80, menus look much better at 4:3.

 

About the name location, yeah It's a mod made by someone with a different language but that doesn't mean it will bug out your game. It's like how USKP is always showing english no matter what language your game is.
