Weird issue regarding Aventus

Hello, I'm having some trouble regarding Aventus Aventino quest.

 

1) When I go to Windhelm->Aventus's house for a first time, a boy who is talking to a dark elf just... disappears to nowhere during his conversation with the dark elf.

 

2) Misc Quest-Talk to Aventus shows up. Marker points toward his house. When I go into his house, however, He is not in the house... Instead, his marker is now on Voluntund. He then just runs toward Anga's Mill. When I try to catch him on middle of the road, he disappears (like that boy above) and his marker is back on Voluntund.

 

I do not know what mod is causing this problem... If anyone knows what's causing this, please help me to solve this problem.

Solved. DeviousDevice - More Devious Quest -> Remove Child Npc option was the problem.

Thanks, I'd been trying to figure out the same problem with him and Cruel-Sea teleporting to Volunruud. They sure did like that wheelbarrow.
