Okay; how the actual *bleep* do you 'reply' in order to download files?

 

I've gotten a new account. Fine.

From there:  Totally lost. I was better off guessing without Google translate! If anyone can explain why I need to post; in order to see attachments (Presumably the .zip files), but cannot post because of some 'rule' about new posts being prohibited... Please, enlighten me...

I'll be back in a few hours from kicking some butt in DOA5LR.

I apologize for my frustration; I just don't like such a hassle... It's been easier on All-Japanese sites!

I do know that I need an account; I already made one, but cannot go further?

That seems unusual; even when registering on a forum, at least in my 'internet experiences'!

There's new member challenge (make intro post or something).

If you completed that challenge, you can post instantly in any thread as long as there's no read level restriction.

If you completed that challenge, you can post instantly in any thread as long as there's no read level restriction.

3 + - years ago they din't have this newby challence, but post as much you can to reach atleast lv3 novice player, that give 15 read permission, enough to see/read most threads, also when you reach lv 3 you have enough yuan to buy/open dl links to

 

 

Times change, now for DOA5 some thread need at least intermediate player (30 read permission) to unlock.

About the limit, 30 second delay for each post.

And also 15 posts/hour is the limit, after 1 hour you can posting again.
