I'm looking for armor and a sword like this

Konahrik is similar to the mask. Can't find any mods reflecting the sword or set though.

The sword is pretty similar to the one that's included in the Nordic Carved Dragon Armor that's been so popular on the Nexus the last week or so.

 

The closest you'll probably get to that hood is the head gear from the Redguard armor in Immersive Armors.   The rest...  I dunno.  You may end up having to do an armor mashup from different mods.  Some of the stuff designed for Sohlstein & the Dragonborn DLC might come closest....  Something like aMidianBorn Bonemold armor maybe?

For the sword, there is one in the game that looks just like that, broken, it is a static object that you will see in dungeons etc laying around.

You could probably make it playable via the ck.
