Hey guys, this is my first REAL mod upload so feedback is welcomed and appreciated .

 

 

Introduction

 

- Being new to tamriel, Serenity comes from the far east and is a nord. She has trained herself in the art of magic. She trained herself at winterhold for a year until she learned of the secret art of shouts and completed her basic training.
Being of magical properties she taught herself how to use the frost shout ability, surprised at how this was possible she traveled to whiterun in search of the dragonborn, awaiting his or her arrival to learn more about this mysterious power.

 

- Age - 21

 

- Uses lightning and frost elemental spells.

 

- Can use Frost Breath shout(huge cooldown so not OP)

 

- Good at one handed and destruction magic.

 

- Fairly good at archery

 

- Marriageable

 

- Brave nature

 

Body Type

 

- UNP(will work on CBBE later)

 

Location

 

- Temple of kynareth in whiterun

Uhm... And how can she be a Nord, if she have Elf ears?

You can always give her a mixed race background. It makes sense as there are interracial couples in Skyrim.

She's not there. Tried both this version and the Nexus version. Saved and reloaded, waited 24 hours in game, etc. Manually installed, still not there.

 

Screenshots look great, though.

 

Also, your Serenity.rar download is actually a tgz file, which Nexus Mod Manager doesn't even see.

That's weird, she is there for me and i even had a friend test it with me and she said it was fine.

not sure what the issue was, but with v 1.02 she is now in the temple.

It's stressful putting yourself out there with a mod, knowing it'll be buggy - they all are!

Ok, so, just tried her. ;D

 

It works perfectly, and i'm happy that she's not overpowered (Apart from one follower, all my custom ones are really way too strong. Can't even charge my arrow that they've already decimated one thousand enemies).

 

I don't know if this is intentional, but, i can't seems to equip custom armor on her. She equips only the helmet. But she's hot, i'll forgive her. :3

 

The only little problem is that she looks a bit cross-eyed, but i don't really care much about it. x) Good job. :3

Thanks for the kind words , i am sorry i can't help you out with this issue as everybody else has been able to change her armor D:. The issue is probably due to a conflict.

i was having some trouble with custom armor too. what i found was that if i upgraded the armor to have more armor rating than the ebony armor she has, she will use it. i hope this help. sorry if it does not work for you.

i was having some trouble with custom armor too. what i found was that if i upgraded the armor to have more armor rating than the ebony armor she has, she will use it. i hope this help. sorry if it does not work for you.

 

Are you guys using AFT or EFF?

i'm not using any mods that tweak or alter the vanilla followers.

 

also this could be caused by my outdated defeat mod. but she seems to not get along with it. after she gets knocked down and "dealt with" she will not re-engage in combat nor am i able to start any dialogue  with her. she just gets back up and follows me around, only after entering a new cell which prompts a load screen will she be back to normal.

 

i'm gonna try an updated version of defeat and i'll let you know what happens.

Ahh now i understand . You need AFT or some sort of follower mod to be able to use any type of gear you want on her, otherwise it can be tricky to get her to equip stuff.
