Nexus Mod Manager load ordering issue

So I have this annoying bug where the up/down in load order buttons are permanently grayed out.
I have had many problems so far, but this one actually makes me mad because of how dumb it is.

Please solve this quick for me.

You have to click on a .esm/.esp then the arrow/arrows will highlight and then you can adjust them. I never use them as I just hold down CTRL and click the ones I need to move and then drag to the spot I need them at.

All I can say is bugs like this with NMM are why I switched to Mod Organizer.

Check out my guide. It's kind of a "for dummies" approach. I'm here if you have questions.

I know that a lot of people use NMM. It's easy. With simplicity comes complications. Granted, there are always problems no matter what mod manager you use, but Mod Organizer has a HUGE support team, and is coming out with a new build almost once a month. It supports all 4 of Bethesda's major (currently played) titles. Some require a little more work than others, but it works with them.

The upside to using MO over NMM is you won't totally screw up your install and have to start totally from scratch. You just deactivate the mod (not uninstall it, potentially damaging files that other mods need), and bam it's gone. You can change mod priorities just by sliding them around, instead of uninstalling a bunch of mods, then re-installing them in the proper order (time consuming, and again potentially damaging other files needed).

Each has their own preference, but personally after installing Skyrim/Fallout 3/Fallout: NV/Oblivion about 100 times each with other mod managers, I made the jump to MO. I've installed each game once. (With the exception of NV because I tried out TTW, and had to make some changes that were more easily undone by simply re-installing. So it's been installed twice).

Really?

If you had watched the screens you'd see I use the most recent version. *facepalm*

I use NMM - don't use NMM for load order

Download LOOT and allow that to sort the load order for you (which is what people using MO do anyway they just have to run LOOT from MO as i recall) as it is the best load order tool currently available

Edit: Know this doesn't actually answer your precise question but doing the above removes the need to be able to manually adjust load order in NMM

Oh.

According your screen, you use.

0.55.1

And on Nexus.

0.55.2

Try to reinstall it completely.

What? How can that even be, I downloaded it the same day I made the screens. Nexus being retarded as usual.
