Unique Issue w/ Skyrim +SexLab/SexLab Defeat

Posted (edited)

So I have a rather unique issue. I spent hours (by hours I mean since 8 o' clock last night up to five in the morning went to bed, woke up at 11 and it's 7pm now and I'm still working on it). I finally was able to make progress,, npcs will now animate in sexual situations with my character. However my character will only stay in staggered mode, it won't animate along with the npcs in the sexual situations. I need help trying to get that end to work so I can finally be done trying to set this mod up properly. I did everything as the instructions said to set this up, I'm using Mod Organizer because it's more easier to use and it's in my opinion more user friendly and versatile than NMM, especially since in NMM setting up the Mod in there alone was archaic. So can anyone help me along with this issue?

Maybe, but you have to throw us a bone here. I know more about your daily schedule than I do about your unique issue.

What game are you talking about? Skyrim, perchance? What mod are you trying to get running?

Sorry I should've been more descriptive with that. It's with Skyrim, with the SexLab Defeat Mod. I have all the other prerequisites that are needed for that mod to work. I've already done all the steps for copying the specific files to the Skyrim Data Folder. My FNIS has finally registered and found the animations, before it only read 42, now it reads over 1118 animations. I have the framework and skse working properly. Like everything is working except for some reason, my character isn't animating.

Did you install a Skeleton and check the Skeleton Arm Fix Box in FNIS?

I don't use Defeat. Have you checked the support thread for that mod? $10 sez someone else has had this problem as well.

What do you use as a substitute for Defeat then?

Well while I was waiting for replies, I was researching. Apparently I'm supposed to have a patch on it's own having over 1000+ animations detected with 6 mods. I have the 6 mods detected but I only have 808 animations. So I'm beginning to think I'm missing all the main character animation files but I don't how I should go about getting them back. Should I delete all the sexlab mods and redownload and install them and redo the whole setup process?

I use Sanguine's Debauchery.

As far as reinstalling all of your mods goes - that's hard to say with the information at hand. Before you do that though, try troubleshooting your SexLab installation. In particular, enable papyrus logging so you can see what's going on. Also, ask for help on Defeat's support thread. You are not the first person for whom animations aren't playing correctly and the good people on that thread will be able to give you specific advice.
