Question about adding pics to my posts.

Hi all.

I have a question about adding pics to my posts.

When I go to “new topics” the posting window lets me type my comments but the ”Attachments and other options” box does not help (me) and when I push the “Insert image” button I get “ (curser) ”.

So what do I do with that?

Is it my software that is the problem or am I just missing a step, or am I just being dumb (a real possibility)?
