Startup Exterior Cell crashes due to ENB, what to do?

Okay so I'm having this issue that's a nuisance

 

When I load a game from an interior cell and try to go outdoors: 8/10 times it CTD's or if I load it from an Exterior cell it CTD's 8/10 times...

 

I can eventually get through if I keep reloading it (When it finally goes through, I can go into exterior and interior cells seamlessly without any CTD"s) 

 

I've narrowed it down to it ENB being the cause (I disabled it and I had no CTD issues)

 

Any suggestions to edit the EnbPrefs.ini? I already did the proper memory settings for my graphics card (GTX 660)

loaded 5 exterior cell saves and no CTD's!
