Every time I end one quest another 3 seem to start. And I'm Level 65!

I feel your pain.  The worst is when a quest bugs out on you and can't be finished.

I get so far into roleplaying that I turn down people for quests because it sounds dangerous or not worth my time.

 

Incidentally, I am a decent stage actor.

SetStage was invented for a reason, look up the quest on UESP and force it to advance. I removed LAL because it was causing a problem with Perkus Maximus (come to think of it I probably could have fixed it in TES5Edit) and now I'm getting radiant quests for NPCs that don't exist anymore.

Yeah, LAL was causing issues for me (the new version, the older one didn't. I tried older version and it worked again) to getting Ysolda's mammoth dildo quest. She wouldn't give me the quest to let me give her, her mammoth dildo. So since only single mod I changed was alternate start, live another life...I reverted back to the version I had before and the quest worked fine after that (had to start a new save though). I don't even have perkus maximus, but I do have SkyRE.

 

And I read all over the place to force the quest to start, but sadly...you can't force start Ysolda's quest Was so annoying lol.

Sometimes I finish a quest and it says "return to so and so" and I get there and it's night time. I go into their house to tell them the important news and they're all like, get out or I'll call the cops you on. So I pull out my 250 damage 2-hander and impale them for their impudence.

 

Yeah the quest fails but seriously... I run across Skyrim to get your family sword and you tell me to get lost because you need your beauty sleep? Here, why don't sleep permanently and I'll pawn your stupid sword?

Never actually got beyond the 'ambassador' quest. From what I've read I'm not missing much.

 

(ps - Nice screen aspect. Are you using a 1970's Xerox monitor?)
