Converting High heels from CBBE to UNP

I'm trying to convert the following outfit into UNP

I have rudimentary skills with 3dsmax but I'm not sure how to get the feet into the high heel position to begin with. I thought the bodyslide studio tool would work but can't seem to find anyway to do conversion there either. 

Any suggestions on how I can move the feet into the high heel position?

Is the original feet in the high heel pose a cbbe foot?

 

If so you can add the original cbbe foot mesh into the scene, add the highheel cbbe foot as a morph and use skinwrap to warp your UNP foot into a highheel position

OK so I can't seem to find the original CBBE foot used, I don't think I can with morpher for this. Any suggestions?
