Question about Lovers with PK 91

I was just wondering if my ini files are supposed to look like the attached screen shot, or if not, is there a away I can some how fix them?

They are fine. All of the foreign language lines are commented out so they don't matter (all they are is explaining the settings). The ones that are not commented out are in English :)
