CTD after waiting or fast travel

This problem is driving me crazy, some time after playing for a while (at least 30 minutes) when i try to wait or fast travel the game crash, i found and tried everywhere with no solution for now

That's gonna be a hard one to find, especially with how many mods you are running.  Start by inactivating mods that:

(a) do something at night, especially night vision

( have some effect after a certain amount of time passes (like milk economy for example)

© have some effect like random enemy or rape effect

(d) if it happens only outdoors, suspect something like a climate or lighting overhaul

(e) if it is at or to specific places, consider what kind of creature might be there, and what mods might spawn that creature or the armor or weapons that creature might carry/wear.

I do have a climate overhaul, a weather one precisely, but nothing too fancy i will try disabling that

it crashed again, but the effect has lessen a bit, also this time i saw that i got some black textures, i know that happen when im out of memory and also it always happen with an unp armor replacer (?)
another thing that happened this time is that the game starting to breaking apart XD

i just have to ask.... do you really need that many mods? you are aware that sp many mods will give serious stability issues. it may not be a conflict but just that amount of mods will overload papyrus if anything. also if you have reported running out of VRAM then upgrade your system or just try to lessen the amount of mods (you probably have messed up the core files by now so dont touch anything as it may cause CDT if not installed. EG if you deactivate everything and try to run im willing to bet money on that you will CDT. if the game is breaking apart... dude remove, clean out everything and reinstall... if you keep this up you are gonna damage your hardware. just a warning

I haven't look at the stuff you posted, but have you turned off auto save on Wait & Fast Travel? (If not, do so).

no core files where touched since i use mod organizer, but yeah i have some mods that i don't need anymer, some of them are deactivated anyways

most of the breaking apart world, (flickering meshes, black textures, etc) happen almost all the time in solitude, i have some overhauls for that city (i will try deleting it) and dragonborn museum that has a fuckton of scripts
