Project Nevada How do i know?

Hello ppl i have installed Project Nevada with FOmod and i started a new game but hmmm no "window" come up and i dont se anything new at docs house how do i know if it works??

Press escape, and go on MCM and you should see a bunch of tabs, toggles and other stuff. As far as I know, PN adds a whole load of stuff throughout the wasteland, and makes combat and surviving significantly harder.

I love it, maxed out character, and a deathclaw can kill you in 1-2 hits, very realistic, and makes exploring interesting again, as you never know what you will find.
