Found this mod today on Nexus....

Now the path to your player (male or female) is:

Data / textures / actors / character / unique

You can change your texture player's on this path and it will not change the texture of all males or females.

You can use with all types of bodies.

By default I put Maori tattoo for player female (CBBE V3), this includes femalebody_1.dds and femalehands_1.dds.

You change it to your liking.

This mod may be incompatible with other mods that alter the races.

Could it actually be possible to have just tattoos on our characters and not every male or female in game? Waiting to hear back from the mod creator on the questions people posted already. But looks like it could really change the way we customize our characters...
