Female knee-joint glitch

For some odd reason the knee area on my female skyrim character is proportionally thin I have no idea what is causing it. I am using the CBBE body, and also HDT physics with the Xpm 32 skeleton. Can someone help me with the cause?

maybe you could do re adjustments with racemenu sliders? my characters newly recreated preset also looked weird in that area for some reason. but after bigger experimentation now everything looks as it should. :)
