With Loot and Degradation, Is There Possible for a Durability-Based Break Undies in Skyrim?

Just an idea for discussion,
 
There's a great mod Loot and Degradation by isoku, which provides a reliable durability system for items.
 
Is it possible to bring old Oblivion style Break Undies framework (durability-based Break Undies) back to Skyrim?

Just thinking Loot and Degradation is a great add on for durability mechanism.
Perhaps it could take a role in the BU system.
