well I just make a crazy combo of vanilla npc remplacer and NPC Enemy Beautification Overhaul I love the body and npc face that I got but Idk even how I got it well I want make a copy of my actual player body and npc body face etc what folders should I copy?

Please be more clear: Do you want to copy your appearance to an NPC? Player -> NPC

Or the other way around? NPC -> Player

Get a camera and start taking images. I hope you know how to stitch textures together.

For shape, I hope you arent to picky. Or learn 3d modeling

If you're talking about the location of your female body meshes, they're in data\meshes\actors\character\character assets, they're femalebody_0 and femalebody_1.

Head mesh is in the same folder, though unless you're using a custom one there won't be a loose file of it. If it is there, it'll just be femalehead.
