Question about TBBP, BBP, and HDT.

So I have HDT Physics installed and TBBP (dragonfly) and chose CBBE TBBP in Bodyslide. Lets say I chose CBBE HDT. is it better in any way and would it be compatible with TBBP Armors? and Do I really need TBBP (dragonfly) installed? There is also a HDT TBBP BBP Supported mod and one other one but we arent focusing on that one. What is this HDT TBBP BBP Supported? and lets say I have that and hdt installed. what is the difference with the tbbp(dragonfly one and hdt tbbp bbp supported)? and whats the difference of CBBE HDT, BBP,and TBBP in bodyslide with HDT TBBP BBP Supported and HDT Physics.(not comparing with tbbp dragonfly. just comparing each one in bodyslide.)

I use Dragonfly and build CBBE HDT bodies with no issues at all.

The only reason I use Dragonfly is for the animations, though. Not for the TBBP, as HDT is honestly much better.

All breast collision tutorials are here on LL in the adult mods section.

TBBP mods are compatible with HDT as far as I'm aware. I've never encountered any issues.

HDT is slightly more pronounced and realistic than TBBP. It uses a different XML file to add the physics.

Just to confirm you are talking about this mod? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54044/?

and do I have to have TBBP installed? or Will the breast and butt physics not work with HDT Physics Engine alone. if not then refer back to the first question I made in this post. (this one) and tell me if you were referring to that mod and the hdt breast and physics tbbp bbp supported is better than dragonfly.

BBP stands for bouncing breast physics and requires a msh and skeleton with a bone per each breast and animations with the "jiggle" built in, XP32s animation pack contains this kind of animations. In some case butt bones were added in but this also requires animations which specifically contain butt and breast physics built in. This uses no xml file.

TBBP doesn't use an xml at all, the jiggle/movement is built into the animations themselves. In the initial release, TBBP was super, just amazingly realistic breast movement, there's videos online showcasing it. TBBP stands for Tender Bouncing Breast Physics and requires 2 bones per breast and animations which animate these bones. Later on butt bounce was added in and dragonflies original animations got updated with added but bounce.

HDTPE utilized the default game engine physics, requires some ddl xml file to work and any mesh with a skeleton which contains one bone per breast and one bone per butt cheek. HDTPE also will animate other  things which need to be defined in the xml and have skeletal bones and weights also. Any animation will display HDT animated parts so there's actually no need to change the animations from skyrim default if you like those.

Another feature of HDT is collision which means parts which are defined in the xml will collide with each other, such as hands moving breasts around or even hairs and such. This requires more edits to the xml and it or another one must be attached to either the body meshes or it can be attached to an item which must be worn for the effect to take place.

There's a lot more, but that's the basics.

Yes I know this stuff. Im just wondering if I need TBBP Installed. Can I just have HDTPE installed? and is the HDT Breast and Butt Physics TBBP BBP Supported better than TBBP Dragonfly? this mod-  http://www.nexusmods...im/mods/54044/?

BBP (only boobs) and TBBP (boobs and butts) are for animations, they only work with animations compatible to them and will always make the same movement fixed by the animations you use (dragonfly for exemple). HDT is physics, that means that even if you use vanilla animations (not modified for movement) the breasts and butts will move depending on movement and may act different ways. You should always look for armors that are HDT as they are weighted for it but BBP and TBBP are compatible, you just won't get butt movement on BBP.

For Collision (google is your friend):
1 - Download Nifskope or "HDT Collision by head" somewhere here on LL.
2 - Download a XML that is collision enabled like Minou's.
3 - Download HDT Havok Object to enable it to NPCs.
4 - Make the HDT body/armor, install hdtPhysics latest version, overwrite with the collision XML.
5- Link the XML to the femalehead.nif if you didn't just get the "HDT Collision by head".
6 - ???
7 - Profit!!!

I'll attach my XML for test or use. It's a modified version of Minou's hdtPhysics, I put more movement in the butts, breasts and some collision on the arms.

Okay It looks like I just need HDT Physics Engine installed. but What if I install the HDT Breast and Butt Physics TBBP BBP Supported. Will it change anything?

Depends. If you install it after? It might break what you're wanting, because it's a different xml and different weighting.

My suggestions are in phase 6 of my guide (In my signature)
