T Posed Animals/Undead/Possibly Falmer Need Help

To keep it short and simple, I will just outright say my problem. All animals and undead(possibly Falmer as well) are stuck in T poses, never moving when I come near, never attacking, yet they acknowledge my presence by growling.


 


I have uninstalled and reinstalled every single mod of mine, and that hasn't worked. I have systematically gotten rid of every mod, and deleted all found trace in my Skyrim Folder. I never mess with my .ini or .dll files, or any other type. I always use my Nexus MM.


 


I use FNIS. I use SKSE.


 


I need help to fix this problem. Otherwise, I doubt my game will really be worth playing.
