Are we able to add more stages on tag mode?

With all these amazing mod tools, im starting to wonder whether we can now add or swap stages on tag mode

I've wanted this to happen for a long time, (not just with PC Mod's) always amazed me how few tag stages there were and they were always the boring flat plain types.

 

but I seriously don't think this is likely to happen,  there's probably some technical reason it can't happen (else TN would likely have done it a while ago) and I doubt the current DLC mods would be likely to change that...

 

if we ever see the missing 2 stages left out in the PC version then maybe I'll have some hope for something like this.
