Separate textures and meshes.

I want to know how to have separate textures and meshes for my character only, and use other for NPC.

It would require a new .esp file to be made. I currently don't have Skyrim or the CK installed at this point, or I might be able to work something up for you. 

It would be as simple as pathing where the player's meshes and textures come from, and putting those textures and meshes in a different location than the default location.

Just use a custom race, there are a lot to choose from !!!
