Defeat and Death Alternative suddenly stopped working

At level 9 and really don't want to start a whole new game because these two mods decide to suddenly stop. Different from other situations, I can no longer surrender (everything is marked!) and DA doesn't activate like it should when it bleedout. Instead, player goes into bleedout and then recovers in a sec with 10% health. I tried resetting both mods and even sexlab, and the problem still is there.


 


Did I catch a bug? And no, this is not a FNIS issue.

Would also like to have help with this as Defeat also suddenly stopped working for me.
