Any armor-resizing experts bored?

Selfish request.  There's a certain armor in Fallout 3 which, to my surprise, hasn't been converted to any of the various (female) body types.  Although this is just a guess, I suspect that the Skyrim-centric Bodyslide utility might prove handy if any expert out there decided to try their hand at reshaping the armor to be a better match for a non-vanilla body.

The armor in question is the one worn by the Antagonizer, as found in the Fallout - Meshes.bsa file in meshes\armor\antagonist\outfitf.nif

My preferred body for this is Type6M, as found in this archive: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/17117/?

On the surface, it seems like not much effort would be required to achieve a respectable result, but I suspect the actual T6M body would need to be imported in, and the old arms eliminated, and that enters into territory where even my best effort would fail.  As for the actual shape of the armor, certainly the aim here is to make it as curvy and tight-fitting as the T6M body will allow, not unlike all of the other official T6M conversions.  The Antagonizer outfit by default is rather frumpy, like all vanilla outfits.  (BNB would probably be unneeded, as it seems as though the chestpiece is fairly solid.)

Give this evil villainess' outfit the makeover it deserves. ;p  I would be very grateful.

You are correct.  But the request is effectively universal in nature and the Bodyslide utility, while useful outside of the scope of Skyrim, nonetheless was focused on Skyrim.  And 99% of the folks who would be capable of doing this will be here and not elsewhere.

If i remember correctly newest bodyslide is capable of editing fallout nifs, combine the type6 body mesh (for reference) and the antagonizer costume mesh (nitrishape/nitristrips?) in nifskope. watch out for similar string names in nifskope when you are copying the nitrishape. Then edit them in bodyslide. For the old arms, no need to eliminate them, just move them with grab tools/brush until it fits with type 6 arms

Or download this portable blender http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/42755/?. It's portable with all utilities/scripts needed to edit fallout nifs, no installation required. search for the import and export setting for fallout nif with google fu image. 1. combine the meshes like the above. Or 2. import the type6 body to blender, then the armor, then edit them, but beware of messed up nif hirearchy (double scene root, etc, can be easily fixed in nifskope). After that, open the exported armor in nifskope, click spell, then "update all tangent spaces". you will only need a minimal skill in blender to edit this i guess. Choose sculp mode (object mode, edit mode), press N and then choose the tools (grab, add, etc)

well correct me if i'm wrong. I don't have fallout 3 sorry and i hope it helps

This is basically the very reason why I am petitioning this as a request to somebody who is already so familiar with the process that they could probably get it done in five minutes.  Just my own limited exposure to Nifskope is enough to assure me that nothing less than a step-by-step guide complete with screenshots of every single detail would suffice to produce a result that would actually keep Blender / the game in question / whatever happy.

Yeah.  That minimal skill is the other stumbling block. ;p  Here is the actual armor nif (as reproduced wholesale in the Tailor Maid mod on Nexus):

outfitf.7z

So it's basically that armor and the Type6M body linked above.  The arms would have to go because they are not at all like Type6M's arms, but that complicates matters because the block containing the arms also has a bit of the armor.  It would take somebody who doesn't struggle with Blender etc., and knows what it takes to keep Bethesda games happy with nif files, to do this project justice.
