Ctds animation glitches wonky skyrim

So i was playing and some enemies were stuck as a T mostly creatures, and then i saw a silverhand that was a troll. And i have consistent ctd issues when i travel by foot. Im not sure what is causing it i run skyrim on a gtx 960, i have to use the reanimate mod to get the T shape to not happen so often and ive setup the tweaks and skse stuff that stabilizes places. Most issue i have is in the rift.

If not, I suggest you do, because there is a list of things there that we need in order to help you with issues like this.

Sounds like your not running GenerateFNisforUsers as often as you should (everytime you add/take away an animation mod). And make sure the FNIS Creatures pack is installed.

I have read it, but i am using my phone so it makes posting some information... Difficult to say the least. My apologies.

I have fnis and run it, along with its creature pack. It does the T mostly to SIC enemies.

Not really much we can do beyond saying "Make sure to run FNIS before you play" unless we have your mod list and load order.

Well i managed to get my load order. Assuming it attached properly.

Have you ran LOOT? 

Your load order looks a little messed up. 

If LOOT doesn't straighten things out, run TES5Edit, and watch for errors in the right pane. Once you fix those errors everything should even out.

I have run loot, not the newest update for it just yet. Should i let it run through all the mods then?

Oh my skyrim.esm and dawnguard.esm are choked full of errors. I uh have no idea how to handle all this lol my bad.

*shrug* I don't really clean my ESM's. The only reason my guide says to is because it's common practice, but I stopped doing it about 2 months ago.

Cleaned but from the looks of things the animations from sic are all that is broken. I will report to them, and cell loading is what crashes the game but i dont have much that uber changifies the cells.

I'd update LOOT then try running it again to see if it fixes load order. Have you tried running a save game cleaner to see if you had any old scripts stuck on your save?
