CTD every 10 secs HELP!!?!?!

My game keeps crashing every 10 seconds can't find any tutorials on a legit fix have tried tes5edit for cleaning and loot order to fix and really don't want to uninstall and reninstall if I don't have to any suggestions would be great!

List of mods, Load Order, where the CTD happens, some specs of your PC.

 

You should post this in the Skyrim Technical forum... By just adding the tag Skyrim many people simply will not see your post.

Please post a papyrus log. This helps greatly pinpointing the problem in some cases.

If your not yet using Mod Organizer instead of NMM. Its time to switch as soon as possible.

 

I cant find a skeleton mod in your list. Try installing the latest version of XPMSE

 

Also try disabling heavy AI mods like Immersive Citicens. Dual sheath redux has also caused me heavy problems in the past and  I learned to live without it.
