Load screen flashing?

So i have an issue with the fog on the load screen changing colors to blue specifically and the image blinking in and out repeatedly. There are no load screen changing mods and no special fog changing mods.

You are using ENB probably, if the fog is only issue, you can use No loading screen smoke mod.

Well there are also random glares of white in random spots that cause massive lag. But looking away removes the lag and the lightning glare doesnt follow.
