Would it be difficult to make a Pussy Face head mesh?

Since I don't mod, I was wondering how hard it would be to make a head mesh that had a vagina in place of the mouth. Something like this would be awesome for demonic slaves to have or a curse/spell that could be used on people/the player.

 

Just want to know how difficult it would be from "no problem" to "impossible with the current tool" or somewhere in between.

You will need to make animation morph files for them and archive it to TRI files i guess if you would make it as equip mod that cover vanilla head slot in CK. The only safe and quick method. Anton animation tool can help.
