Need Skyrim Vanilla Script Source (psc)

I can't figure out how I'm supposed to obtain these short of re-installing the game. Is there a package out there anywhere with the original Skyrim psc files? I tried PEX De-compiler but that adds a whole bunch of C++ code or something in place of alot of the Papyrus code. I also tried verifying the game cache through Steam, but that didn't seem to care about the scripts, even when I dislocated the whole folder. When I load the Creation Kit it just uses the scripts that are in the folder every time. I looked in Skyrim - Misc.BSA and it only contains compiled PEX files. Is there any way I can get the uncompiled PSC's at all?

Skyrim-Misc.bsa contains all the vanilla game scripts, as far as I can tell.
