Has anybody seen this armor around? GITS

Sorry if there is a dedicated thread here for stuff like this but I didn't see one. Anyway a quick bored google search today turned up interesting results.

One armor mod I had always been on the look out for was something like ghost in the shell and today well I happened to find this.

So I was wondering does anybody know if this is just a private mod or is it just something that is on the backpage of some file server somewhere.

I believe it's somewhere in Fallout 3 section of Nexus inside a clothing pack, saw it ages ago, couldn't tell you what it was called. It can be ported to NV pretty easy for personal use using GECK.

I had a bit of a look on nexus, and couldn't find anything there. I wonder if it was in Lings finer things, that had a ton of outfits in it. Sadly he got banhammered and I don't think the mod is up anywhere anymore.

Koakaku armor has been around for a while and the armor posted in the pic is completely different.

So in other words close but no cigar...
