Being hit by an enemy sends me flying like a Force shout

So this is something that has been bothering me a lot recently. Anytime I get hit by an attack, say by a spider or a wolf or whatever, I get knocked over/up as if I've just been hit by an Unrelenting Force Shout/Giant flying attack. Wolves and spiders can only knock me down a bit but trolls can send me flying half way across the map and end up killing me. Human NPC's cause me to get knocked up a metre or so for 0 reason. I have no clue what is causing this and I'd be really appreciative if someone helped me figure it out.

Nope. But that mod seems to be basically whats happening to me; Except EVERYTHING can do it.
