What mods need a fresh start?

Hi, I am a moderate skilled mod user (actually kind of low level ), I have a new beasty PC and I look forward to play Skyrim on a proper machine for a change.

 

I used MO, but I am not going to import the files from the old PC,most of those mods are surely updated by now and that load order was not perfect.

 

I remember that some mods require a fresh start, this is a great chance! But I don't remember which as I haven't used them.

 

Do you guys remember which are these mods? If I am not wrong the "alternate start" is one of them, but there are so many to remember, maybe some of you have a few to suggest on the top of your head:-)
