Opening Bugged out, viewing too low, Camera is a mess

I've been trying all day to get my game to run right, 

 

 

installed and ran both LOOT and BASH, I even tried to make a papyrus log to no avail, but i can't fix these strange glitches:

 

-Character appears under discombobulated horse wagon in beginning of game

 

-when off wagon, character appears shorter than other npc's

 

-finally, when moving, the wasd buttons mess with the camera controls.

 

My current mods include:

I know it is frowned upon to post something like this without a debug log, but as i stated in the beginning, I have difficulty accessing it as well.

 

Any help would be appreciated, and im sorry if im a bother

The problems of the char wagon running oddly are due to a miss-configured HDT.

Shot in the dark. Might be something to do with HDT and your animation packs.

 

Double check install order to make sure nothing was overwritten that wasn't suppose to.

 

Try re-installing HDT.

What are the steps to re-configuring hdt again?

Ok, so i removed and re-added most of the mods including a total uninstall of hdt, replaced bbp with cbbe and bodyslider 2 and the situation has gotten better, im no longer under the dang wagon, just in the driver's seat... clipped into the driver... but i must be doing something right.

 

along with bbp i removed the unofficial patches, milk cuirass and realistic force.

 

all thats left is to figure out how exactly to configure hdt and i might have solved my problem

Search for *.xml files in your Daa directory (or inside the Mods directory if you use MO.)

These files contain the settings for HDT.

Uninstalling HDT may NOT remove these files.

alright, i've found hdt's xml file,

now which setting should i be looking for?
