Certain characters are invisible

I am having this problem where certain characters are invisible, until I save and reload then I can see them. The characters I have notices so far are, the priestess that give you last rights in the beginning, and Aniese (spelling) the old lady with the cabin by Riverwood. Im thinking it might have something to do with their clothing, but like I said if I save and reload I can then see them.

 

Can anyone help me figure this one out I'm stumped. I'll post my load order as soon as I figure out how  to copy it from MO.

look at mods that replace their faces or something like this, some times it happens with me too, just open the console click in them and write disable then enable, they will show up without the need to reload

You might be close to your personal game limit. If the mod was constantly missing parts and could be replicated then it would be missing assets, an easy fix however random missing textures and such and considering your load order that has been placed in the spoiler is quite large is the reason I think this is the case.

 

Try removing a few of the texture mods (non esp so to not mess with your saves) and see if that helps. When you move a chunk of the texture/mesh mods your NPCs should start appearing correctly all the time. (again unless an asset is missing then those assets will never "reappear" after restart)

 

This is only a guess. TRy to avoid removing mods with esps unless have to and don't remove those that might be part of a major mod with heavy scripts.

 

If you are using NMM make sure you have a good backup of your Skyrim GAme folder and saves to be safe. This way you can go back to what you had if my idea won't work

I am having the same problem and with the same characters -- the priestess in the opening scene, Aniese, Aranea Ieneth (at the Shrine of Azura), and now, Serana. It can be fixed with disable-enable but it's a pain to have to stop and do that repeatedly. I use a lot of high-res textures but I really don't think it's a texture problem. It started in my last play-through, for which I used the Decent Women npc overhaul (I've used it for a couple of years and never had a problem with it), and has continued in my current play-through (for which I'm using the NPC 85 overhaul.) Tes5edit doesn't show any conflicts. I'm wondering if it could be the result of an update to one of the unofficial patches or an update to some other mod. I'm stumped -- and hitting the follow button for this topic in case anyone has any other ideas as to the cause of this. It's been a very stable setup and rarely gives me any problems.

butthead isn't immune, it's the same for all npc, your char is immune because he is the first one taken care of

 

when the npc go outside, his boobs and butt stay inside

when he start moving, they came back to the body

 

for some reason, your npc boobs can't get back to the body, if something is in 2 cells, it can't be rendered

check what those npc are wearing in tesedit, and replace those outfits with something else
