Can't fix my trees

So recently my hdd had given up on me. So I got a replacement sdd but since it was very small I deleted all mods I had. I ran into a problem where my trees just look like this. I've tried a couple of different mods to increase the lod from far but none work. I also use SFO not sure if that does anything.

This looks like your saves still containing old lod data, using a save cleaner to remove old mod traces will work maybe,

Just an idea, don't know this will fix it, give it a try if you feel it'll work.
