Messed up character

I dont know if this is the right place to post my problem, so feel free to move this to wherever is relevant to the topic. Anyways, In vanilla skyrim my character looks fine when i took my armor off, but when i installed XP32 Maximum Skeleton something weird happened, the character has really glitched out. thanks to the forum not letting me post links right now i cant link until after ive posted (atleast i think so)
but anyways, thing is, i played with all the mods i have on now before and it worked fine, but now it doesnt, its confused me a lot. if anyone knows how to fix this/what the problem is then please tell me

anyways, here the link to a pic i took of my problem: http://imgur.com/AUXvo7j

Hard to tell exactly what is going, I can't see your character. I am assuming parts are stretching all over? If so, then it's typical of the skeleton getting overwritten by another mod. That is something you never do.

To fix it, reinstall the skeleton and allow it to overwrite everything it wants to (for NMM or manual installations) or if you're using Mod Organizer just slide the skeleton to the bottom of the left pane.

I tried what you said with Mod Organizer and that didnt work. so im gonna try reinstalling the skeleton and see if that works.

also, this is what my character looks like with the boots on only (since having them off made the picture you saw in my original post)

Is this using the original XPMS skeleton? If so then scrap that. You want Groovtama's XPMSE (extended) skeleton for using with any modern mods like HDT. It's available here on the Lab and on Nexus. The newest version is what you'll want. And it will still need to be below anything else skeleton related in MO's left pane.

Ah, i've realised my mistake, i have both. I think that might be the problem.

Yup, that's is most likely the problem. LOL Get rid of the old skeleton, it doesn't play well with HDT at all and one must be overwriting the other.
