Perma max perks build help

I'm at level 27 and have 7 unspent skill points. Is it worth to fully unlock smiting and enchanting? Other than those two trees my points are spread out between destruction, light armor, ranged, and sneak. I like the idea of bows and magic. Only thing I see in speech tree that i'd like is increasing merchant's money, but that seems like a waste.

Sneak feels like a waste as well. Only mission I done so far that it would have helped is sneaking through the thomar party.

Destruction I only have the first skill. I haven't found a need to unlock the other perks because I can generally handle NPCs with what magic points I have and can fall back on the short bow while my magic recovers with a potion.

PERMA should really be played with mods that increase difficulty as well, not sure if you do that but in my games sneak and higher destrouction sure comes in handy.

What AI/Combat mods do you have installed, and what scaling difficulty are you playing it on?(Legendary?)

To hijack this topic a little bit as well; What Mastery do you guys go with? I'm always having a hard time choosing, as most of them seem good, some not so good, but I'd like to pick the one that gives most value overall :P (consider that I'll max out all skills eventually, so playstyle doesn't matter).

I noticed rushing crafting/alchemy for gold comes to a near stop because vendors don't have the gold to buy your stuff. You should pick a main play style and a backup if you play on a high difficulty. I personally like archer/destruction mage.

Hard I think.
