Finding a lost Follower

Hi everybody, I've got a quick question, I've just started using the slavery mods (SD+, Deviously Enslaved, Simple Slavery, etc) and i had a situation where i and my follower were defeated and i was enslaved by the enemy that was left and i got a message popping up about my follower being led away in chains before she vanished.

 

I've spent time looking for them after getting free but i don't know where to even begin. any idea as to where they disappear too?

Load an old save, klick on the follower to get the ID.

Load your current save and type.. eh.. placeatme.. something like that.

 

-> you need the ID of your follower to let him spawn next to you.

 

Yes, it's game / lore breaking. But the follower should reappear next to you.

I'll keep that as a backup plan, I've got a save from just before i got captured so I'll try that but I'm going to keep an eye out for them and probably just start tearing apart every bandit camp/hideout/dungeon i can until i come across them At least I'm hoping they reappear in the world and haven't just vanished out of existence.

with this command  (placeatme) the console makes a copy of the character that has the specific ID and thus it's not a good idea.It's better to use the command 'moveplayerto' for that but it doesn't always work

so in basically if you have the ID, it will be.

moveto player

Depending on what mod did that, it could be several places, it should show in the MCM menu what mod deals with followers that way (I think its SD that deals with followers like that),

 

There's only a few locations they'll end up, the mod page should list where it sends followers.

gah, whats the commands...

 

player.move to XXXXXXXX

 

where the X's are your companions id number.  that should move you to him/her, at which point you can check your map, reload the previous save, and trek there the long way.
