Nvidia settings causing texture issues?

So, for a very long time, I have had issues with neck seams. Ive went through, done texblending , and fix the issues when it comes to the textures themselves, HOWEVER, I still always get the same black line on the back of the neck, and the same flesh ring color around the base of the neck when the camera is zoomed out.

So far, the only thing that gets it to be less noticeable has been increasing anistropic filtering, but I cant get it to completely go away despite this. Ive tried different versions of UNP also, including UUNP, sevenbase, and UNPB. all of them present the same issue. Has anyone found this? its the oldest issue ive had with skyrim, and while I can get over it every now and then, Im really looking for a decent fix. If its just lighting issues, then I guess il lay it to rest.

I know you said youve tried multiple UNP versions but have you tried multiple Skin texture replacers as well? (Fair Skin, SG renewal, Mature skin etc.)

UNP used to have a nasty neck seam issue with "vanilla" textures and I dont know if it was ever fixed. I know I dont notice a seam on my characters with my testing of UUNP right now but im using a custom texture selection and not the ones that came with UUNP. ( I usually run with CBBE). Certain neck and shoulder settings in Bodyslide would also cause a geometry misalignment and make a seam appear.

If youre running an ENB might also be worth toggling the post effects off and see if its still there.

I would also make sure nVidia CP ambient occlusion is set to off. What settings in your control panel do you think could be at fault?

I actually have not tried a mass amount. I have gone through SG, Real girls and fair skin. Fair skin has the least issues but its mostly due to it just being very light skin.  The other two have the black line and the flesh color ring issue.

And yes, I am using UUNP for most of my play. As to if ENB is the issue, I cant say it is as it shows up without it. And I dont know what could be the issue with Nvidia, but after refreshing skyrim Inis, reinstalling body meshes, changing skins and even swapping into a new graphics card (from 660ti to 970), Ive kind of ran out of options for an issue ive had persisting so long. At this point I could only assume that its something deeply wrong with my system in general or Nvidia settings.

I will continue to try other skins however. Ambient occlusion is already off.

Does it still appear if you disable any racemenu overlays (tats/freckles etc.?) on your character? Im not really sure what it could be either tbh :P

The point of showing the cave is that the issue comes when the camera is farther away, not close.

edit: or maybe I am wrong in general. More pics (I know its been a while, sorry).

Should note, this is with the nvidia anistrophic filtering off. to get the picture i got earlier, it was on with 4x.
