Dude, it's not gonna happen. Most of the modders who made this stuff probably aren't even active anymore, and without permission it's a no-go.

 

It's also a pain in the ass to convert stuff from a game as old as Morrowind. So... yeah.

 

If you bothered to actually search you'd know it's not that hard to find something similar, if not identical.

It is possible to port them to Skyrim, yes. Probably they look outdated for Skyrim (mainly the Morrowind ones, like ToxicKetchup point out).

 

And it is possible to create from scratch too, sure. Here you can control the assets quality.

 

There are some tutorials around on how to port assets to Skyrim, but that requires some knowledge working with 3DSMax or Blender, nifskope and Creation Kit (at least). Someone starting to learn Skyrim porting could be interested  doing this task.

Are the people who made those mods even  alive tho?... Without their permission that won't be possible, also they aren't really that good i mean if you consider bringing them to skyrim but whatever, to each their own.
