RS Children Overhaul - Hanging Menu Screen

For the life of me I can't figure out what my problem is. Every time I try and install this mod and the patches it causes my Skyrim to hang on the menu screen. No option pop up, it's just the menu screen without the smoke. Skyrim is still technically responding, but it's just sitting there. I don't know what's causing it. I've tried to install it multiple ways. I've used the Complete, the Complete with USKP integrated, all of the mods separated from the DLC instead of the Completed mod. I did it with the child race playable and without them playable. I have the patches that as far as I know I need including ETaC and Inconsequential NPCs. If I disable the patches, it will let me get to the menu screen, but loading a game will cause Skyrim to stop responding with no CTD. I have no idea what my issue is. Can anyone give me an idea? That's actually really odd... I have RS children installed along with 230 other active mods and never experienced such problem....  Have you checked your load order?  I know that sounds stupid but sometimes if you fiddle around with it you can get a positive result..  Can you show your load order?  Also, what happens if you completely uninstall the mod? Does the game work normally? IF so, then it's most likely a conflicting mod issue. 

 I'd also suggest disabling all other plugins and just playing with the RS children mod in a new clean save (Temporarily) you can get a clean save from the nexus site so you can skip the long game sequence in the beginning... If it works fine with just RS children installed, then you're good to go and just enable the other plugins one by one until you find the mod that's causing the problem.. That's what i usually do when i troubleshoot, it sounds like a pain in the butt but i'm afraid that's the only way . 

EDIT: Sorry, didn't see the link to your load order! I'll check it now.

Load your entire load order (i.e. every plugin you have and in the order they are loaded) in TES5Edit. It might tell you what's wrong. The mods you are using clearly have messed something up.

You have wrong load order.

Did tell you that before and tell you again.

 

BeeingFemaleBasicAddOn.esp

Must be loaded before BFAP.

After you should have the plugin for RS childen after Bfap.

 

After Bfap you should load SkyUI.

 

 

BeeingFemale.esm Should be loaded as the last ESM.

After Rschildren master.

 

Did you run LOOT on this loadorder?

Of you run TES5EDIT on your loadorder you will be told that.

 

And do you have the version for CANS?

If not you must install that to.

 

Even if you using MO you must load the plugins the correct order. It simply wont work, if they are in wrong order.
