A quality world map mod just won't work

Hi, since I reinstalled Skyrim, my "A quality world map" mod just won't work.

 

I have even tried reinstalling, how do I debug this problem?

 

I just won't work. It doesn't even have an ESP.

Is it possible that it's not installing to the correct folder? It should be in Data/Interface/map.swf

I am using Mod Organizer, and the installation is correct, I checked. I have installed the same versions using Mod Organizer few times before as well, no issues at that time.

Even it's files are not getting replaced by any other mod.

The mod  does not come with a plugin. It's just a mesh and texture replacer. Unless there was a version that contained a plugin. I used version 8 for the longest and just picked up v8.4 and looked through the files and didn't see any plugin.

 

What options did you pick? Have you tried picking some different options to see if it works? I have yet to try 8.4 so I can't test it myself. I know version 8 worked fine through MO.
