CTD when teleporting to world map.

I surely did something wrong on Skyrim, because i get a ctd everytime i try to leave Ustengrav Depths.

 

I literally run into this dungeon, wanted to do the Flower Spriggan quest from Sanguine Debauchery fast. I need to go to Solstheim, and for that i need to finish the main quest.

 

The problem is probably because i got defeated by some Vampires, but Defeat just made me press A and D to stand up. So i ignored them and went inside the dungeon. Now i can't get out without crashing.

I don't get what's the problem, i'm still bad at reading papyrus. Someone knows what's the problem?

LeloKun, your problem it seems is not entirely unique as I am finding older Steam forum posts on CTDs pertaining to both entering and leaving Ustengrav.  However, I'm not finding any solutions either on these older threads from 2011 and '13.  Usually, when entering or leaving an area results in a CTD, it's caused by a texture not loading or loading incorrectly.  Did you install any mods lately that alters textures?

Looking over your Papyrus, the first thing I noticed was you have some errant scripts running.  You probably uninstalled some mods recently.  I would suggest to get these errant scripts cleaned up with Save Tool.  Simply follow the directions listed there.  It's a very powerful tool and works really well.  I've been using it for years now. 

Your Papyrus is also reporting an error with Creature Framework, specially about a frostbite spider.  You mentioned vampires in your OP, do you know what's going on with this spider?  Do you recall encountering this spider?  If yes, was there anything odd about it?

Until we hear back about this spider, have you tried using the "coc" command?  Try to "port" to Whiterun or someplace using the console command.  Does it crash?  

As a last resort, do you have an earlier save that you can revert to before encountering these vampires outside of Ustengrav?  It may be a save corruption.  If you have an earlier save from before this error, load your game from that save.  Sure, you will lose all your progress, but this would actually be the safest bet to fixing your issue.  However, I would still highly recommend, if you decided to revert, still use the Save Tool that I linked above. 

Also, if you are using the auto-save feature, disable it.  Auto-save is known to cause issues.  Likewise, I hope you didn't save over/on-top of auto-saves.  You will have to revert to your last hard save.

I mean i tried everything, already used save tool and everything else you said, then i tried coc whitunorigin, no more errors. D:

 

I don't know what's wrong about the spiders, i read that too in the Papyrus but didn't quite get it. Could it be that i have Immersive Creatures, that summons little spiders as enemies, when they should be friendly, since i'm on Spriggan Faction? Not sure... don't recall anything like that.

 

Yeah i had an old save but i played a lot without saving - My bad - and i would've lose like 5 hours of gameplay.

I still don't get the spider error tho... (Even used every mods cleaning tool, not sure that will help xD)
