Npc follow another npc

I have tried to google to see if there is anything like it with no luck.

So i am hoping a elite will know or point me in the right direction.

I am looking for a way to make a follower follow another follower like

Aerin follows Mjoll.

Is there  console commands to make this work? or does anyone know of a mod that does it

by spell cast?

Anything could help thanks.

I know what you mean, you want that a follower to another follower says follow me.
that would a very intelligent KI, the only followers mod of a little intelligence includes is Vilja. ;)

she has her own head. :)

what script is it that makes Aerin follow Mjoll? and could it be applied to a spell to cast on a target and follower.

i remember a older mod that worked with sexlab that was called cupids arrow but it only made one follower interact with the other briefly.

is it possible to make two different stand alone followers  lovers as well as make one follow the other is what im looking for.

You would only have to tell one of them "lets go " and they both follow like Aerin and Mjoll.

Of course would that possible.
you just must find a modder the in this area (scripting) experience has and the "lust" has to do this. :)

edit: why then not equal properly?
just like in Dragon Age Inquisition where the followers delighted or disappointed above your acts be. :P

To your original Q, I have no clue, but others have done it.

The Vilja companion on Nexus does not count in game as a follower slot.

When you add a companion with "Follow me" you get a dialogue option of "Why don't you keep Vilja company?" or something close.

They follower replies "OK, just this once" and then follow her around. Sneak, fight same enemies, etc.

I know player.sertrelationshiprank <targetID> 0=acquaintance, 1=friend, 2=confidant, 3=ally, 4=lover

this is all to player, is there a way to set relationship rank between 2 npc's or 2 stand alone followers? using console commands?

There is a basic AI follow package that having one actor following another by reference.  You can permanently do that for the pairing or groups of NPC by changing their default AI package in CK.  If you want to it dynamically in game then scripting is needed to assign the AI package.  It's how follower management mods do it and it's a basic building block for most quest mods but scripting is beyond what I can help.

Thank you for the replies, i will check out the mods suggested.

I just had the idea while looking at all my followers wondering why cant he have a thing for her and she follows him or these two have something going

and they are always together. The unit mod is good but i wanted them to also have the husband wife or lover relationship.

ill have to look into it deeper maybe learn some scripting to see what i can come up with.

any advice from the scripting elites here would be more than welcome. thank you

i dont think npc's can have relationship ranks towards each other.  Mixed Unit Tactics requires you to pay them , its pretty confusing
